THE CASALE
Casale Malatesta is the result of an attentive restoration of a typical farmhouse of the Marche region. The refurbishment process was terminated in early 2017, following the original structure and using natural materials, in line with the regional tradition.
This detached property, surrounded by the vineyards of “Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi" and "Lacrima di Morro d'Alba", is located in the countryside of the district of Polverigi (Ancona), 10 minutes away from the airport (Aeroporto delle Marche) and 10 minutes away from the A14 motorway (exit: Ancona Nord).
With only 30 minutes driving around the region, you can visit marvellous medieval towns and cities of art, discover the breath-taking Conero Riviera, admire the gentle slopes of the surrounding hills, and taste the local specialities. You can live a well-rounded experience away from everyday frenzy, without renouncing to the seaside, art and nature.

THE GARDEN
A 2000-metre-square garden surrounds the property, gently following the slopes of the green hills, with olive trees, pine trees, oleanders and Scotch brooms, as well as other plants of the Mediterranean scrub.
THE POOL
Immersed in the silence of the countryside, the 32-meter-square private pool, offers a wonderful view on the garden and the surrounding hills. The external barbecue completes the bucolic picture, giving the possibility of enjoying the warm summer nights.
